anjanette2Dr.  Wyatt is the Pharmacy Manager, President and Chief Executive   Officer of Clinical Care Pharmacy, LLC. She also serves as Consultant   Pharmacist for the Mother of Many Children’s Home and the Heavenly Care   Residential Facility in Houston,    Texas. Dr. Wyatt obtained her   Bachelor and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Texas Southern University (TSU), College    of Pharmacy and Health   Sciences. She is a member of the ABHP, ASHP, NPhA, National Association of   Professional Women, Gulf Coast Society of Health-System Pharmacists (GCSHP),   Houston Area Pharmacy Association, Houston Speakers Bureau, Kappa Psi   Pharmaceutical Fraternity, and the Texas Pharmacy Association (TPA). Her   leadership experience has included serving on the Board of Directors of   GCSHP, NPhA and as President, Director and Executive Director of the TSU Pharmacy and Health Science Alumni   Association.

 

dionneallenDr. Allen is a staff pharmacist at Memorial Hermann the Woodlands Hospital   and at CVS/Caremark. She earned her PharmD   degree from the University of Texas   at Austin.   Through her volunteer efforts with the Montgomery County Medical Reserves   Corps, she uses her skills as a Pharmacist Immunizer to be an advocate for   the profession as well as for community health and wellness.

 
 
Abimbola Farinde, PharmD, MS   – Board of Director

abimbola2Dr. Farinde is a  clinical pharmacy specialist. Dr. Farinde earned her Doctor of Pharmacy   degree from Texas Southern University. She completed post-graduate training as a generalist and   specialist at the Central Texas   Veterans Health Care System in Temple, Texas in conjunction with The Waco Veterans Hospital in   Waco, Texas;   and with Parkland Health and Hospital   System in conjunction with Texas Tech University School of Pharmacy in Dallas, Texas.   Dr. Farinde is a fellow of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists
 
 
Crystal Bowman, PharmD – Board of Director

crystalbowman2Dr. Bowman is a Staff Pharmacist with CVS pharmacy. She   received her Doctor of Pharmacy and   Bachelor of Pharmacy from Florida    A&M University. She has been actively engaged with   pharmacy leadership to improve health outcomes of the under served members of   the community with her current focus area on immunizations for flu season.
