CALL FOR RESOLUTIONS

Resolutions are now being accepted for presentation and deliberation at the ABHP Minority Health Conference and Annual Meeting. Participants will take part in an exchange of information that will help establish the association’s policy and operational agendas.  You don’t want to miss this opportunity. The proposed resolutions presentations will take place at the Member Forum, which has been scheduled on May 18, 2012, 2:00 pm — 3:30 pm. All proposals must be submitted in writing in advance. Members must submit their proposals at least sixty days prior to the Annual Meeting. The author or the co-author of the recommendation must be present at the Forum to introduce the recommendation. Only active members will be allowed to vote on the proposals that will be acted upon by the Board of Directors.

 

The Resolutions Committee will develop resolution statements for member consideration from proposals that are aligned with ABHP’s Strategic Plan, mission and vision. Therefore, as you consider your submission, please evaluate the topic within the context of ABHP’s overall objectives, mission and vision.

 

All resolution proposals will undergo a review process by the Board of Directors prior to their presentation at the Member Forum. Resolutions must be submitted in Microsoft Word format only.
